Hervé Pluche brings Avisé Partners over Fifteen years of experience in the US and Europe in different industries including telecommunications, electronics, and aerospace. Hervé started his career in R&D, transitioned into international business development and management consulting and, most recently, focused on venture capital. His functional expertise includes corporate and divisional strategy, new business development, marketing strategy, organizational design, and financial analysis.
Hervé joins from Avanti Partners, a leading pan-European venture capital firm with technology sourcing in the US and Scandinavia, where he served as President of US operations. Prior to joining Avanti Partners, Hervé worked for Telecom Italia as President of its Venture Capital arm in San Francisco, Bain & Company in San Francisco, Thomson-CSF in Paris, Construcciones Aeronauticas S.A. in Madrid and conducted research at MIT as a visiting scientist.
Hervé earned an M.B.A. and a Certificate in Global Management from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is a graduate of ENSICA, the French National College of Aeronautical Engineering, where he received his graduate degree (Diplôme d'Ingénieur).
