Ireland (Dublin): Integrated Technology Delivery
01/07 – 06/07: Lean Practitioner/Consultant (IBM Worldwide “Lean Transformation Program”) Deployed the Lean methodology in conjunction with McKinsey&Co. on strategic IBM outsourcing accounts. Worked on 14 week Lean Transformation Project based in France, conducted in 3 phases (Diagnostic, Future State Design and Implementation), for one of the leading tyre manufacturers worldwide. The aim of this global program was to establish continuous improvement (Kaizen) infrastructure to drive ongoing and incremental improvements and to restore and strengthen IBM’s competitiveness, quality delivery and client satisfaction. 08/06 – 12/06: Six Sigma Black Belt/Project Manager Improved IT Service Delivery operations (process improvement) and reduced costs using Lean and DMAIC methodology for one of the largest Telecommunication companies in Spain. Weekly Project Status reporting with VP Quality Worldwide, and VP ITD Operations Europe. Received training and coaching throughout this project on the LeanSigma methodology of IBM Global Business Services from a Master Black Belt. 12/04 – 08/06: Six Sigma Green Belt/Competency Supplier Manager Managed delivery competencies within EMEA Delivery Operations TQM Team to identify and drive resolutions, and to improve the level of quality delivered by IBM. Worked in conjunction with Key Account teams and Competencies to deploy and implement processes, in order to enable the reduction of problem areas. Performed several root cause analysis projects using six sigma tools for clients across Europe. Award & Recognition “The Best of IBM” (03/01/06): Bravo! Award received for results beyond normal job and performance expectations. Ireland (Dublin): Integrated Supply Chain 01/02 – 12/04: E-Learning Developer/Project Manager Developed e-learning solutions for US, Canada and EMEA for suppliers and IBM procurement staff. Duties involved project management, organisation, developing applications ready to be deployed on the web site (More than 50 references available upon request). 05/01 – 01/02: E-Procurement specialist Delivered training and supervised assistance of IBM EMEA suppliers on e-procurement applications. |
