In addition to its role as the leading International Central Securities Depositary (ICSD), Euroclear also acts as the Central Securities Depository (CSD) for Dutch, French, Irish and UK securities. Member of the 'System Architecture and Research' then 'Enterprise Architecture' teams, especially dedicated to the big international projects impacting the French branch, I’m more particularly involved in the early stages of the projects to define the technical architecture: - Data Centre Strategy : 70 M€ over 3 years. This project consolidates the datacentres of all the entities of the group in order to increase the applications availability and reduce the total cost of ownership. - Euroclear Settlement of Euronext zone Securities : 39 M€ over 3 years. Tactical solution implementing a ‘Single Order Book’ for the Euronext market, preparing the new business model. - New Business Model : 500 M€ over 5 years. This program, made of 3 projects, tends to develop a European domestic market and to allow a cost reduction of 300 M€ per year to the customers. * Single Settlement Engine : Deployment of a unique settlement system for all the group entities. * Single Application Platform : Total integration of the ‘Core Business’ applications on a unique platform. * Common Client Interface : Consolidate the access means to Euroclear for all the customers. | |
