My job is business efficiency. I've learned how to analyse the performance of a business unit, to develop the set of action that is going to maximise the results, to gather a team around a project and to lead its realisation.

After a year working as department leader for Leroy Merlin (DIY Store) and a year working as merchandiser for Gamm vert (gardening store), I've recently integrated the Business Development and Administration Team.

My mission : provide the best business tools to get the best performance.
