In my position I supervised the Grants and Contracts and the Finance Departments. I am in charge of internal control, budgets, FASB and GAAP applications. Payroll, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables report to me. The Grants and Contracts Departments staff work on making sure that we are in compliance with state, government and federal rules and regulations attached to our contracts.

I deal with auditors and I make sure that the administration works well coordinated.

I started as a Finance Manager and without completing my probationary period got promoted to my current position.

Terre des hommes is a Swiss NGO represented in more than 30 countries in Europe, Americas, Asia and Africa. Terre des hommes works in assisting kids through a partnership with the families, communities, and local governement to improve their lives.

I was the Administration and Finance Officer for Togo, in charge of the coordination of activities. I was directly in charge of human resources, finance and accointing, procurement and the general administration.
