Key-user in the Controlling team during the implementation of Rhodia Core System (SAP) in North America:
- modelization of the costing structure for 5 plants
- link between the business and the project team
- training of the end users

Financial analysis during the monthly close:
- fixed costs analysis of the plants
- analysis by markets (sales, contribution margin)
- work in direct relation with the NA Finance Manager
- calculation of the accruals
