I 'm a Consulting Ingineer in Gear Box factory.

I prepare and adjust a new assembling line.

Sector: Automobile

Process Ingineer in technical section PSA, for ALTEN consulting

Missions:

- Optimization and make more reliable machines and tools
- Did SMED animation
- Work in TPM work group
- Improvment of the production

It was a good experience, i have discovered the car factory environment. It's a ebvironment very hard and demanding.

Sector: Automobile

I did a training period in Wall Colmonoy company during the summer 2006 (july at the end of september).

I have worked in the work shop with the production ingineer.

My work:
- Set up the 5S in every area
- I have created a VBA application for the daily job card. Like this, i did the Overall Equipment Effectiveness of each machine and worker simply on the same excel file.

This training period was very interesting. I have discovered new culture, learned new specifically vocabulary, developed my knowledge in VBA programme.
Out of the factory, I was totally assimilated in the population. Welsh people is very friendly.
I don’t regret this period, it was a good experience for me in Wales.

Sector: Mechanical industries

Sandwich course in LIARD at Bavay (France), 60 employees.

Actions:
- Set up 5S, TPM, Kaizen animation, in the workshop
- Set up the Lean Manufacturing
- I have worked on the ISO 14001 certification

Results:
- Improvement of work conditions (Optimization of parts flux, setting order of the workbench)
- Liard have passed the ISO 14001 certification
