Since graduating in 2003, I have quickly progressed in my career to date, in the process having been involved in managing a team, interacting with clients at senior level, developing repeat business, interviewing and evaluating candidates, inputting directly in the operational running of the company, spearheading internal subordinate recruitment as well as training and developing staff, amongst others.

Leveraging on my communication ability, I build on the skills I acquire along the way to help internal and external clients attain their goals.

• Manage and grow key accounts (’07 targets for 1 of 2 key accounts already surpassed)
• Develop and implement best practice procedures for the business
• Project manage from proposal to completion the successful and profitable delivery of assignments (current portfolio of 10 live assignments from Associate to Partner level)
• Diplomatically liaise and manage Clients and Candidates expectations and activity, including offer negotiations
• Actively involved in the operational development of the business, in liaison with the Board of Directors. Resulted in the successful deployment of a new business framework.
• In addition, pro-actively involved in the induction, training and development of new employees and procedures

• Attended Operational Board meetings
• In addition, project managed all recruitment activities within the department
