I manage the organisation and financial part of the business, beeing in charge of the business plan and of the compagny's structure.

- General review: business analysis (risk analysis, analytical review of the P&L), full review of financial processes (especially reserves and cash recovering), review of the operating processes,
- Exceptional missions: fraud enquiry, limited review following profit warning sent by an operating entity, post acquisition mission.

- Integration of the “Energy, Chemy, Utilities” department,
- Main client was Sanofi (France and Group). Purchase of Aventis in 2004,
- Merger Sanofi/Aventis (consolidate turnover of 15.043 M€ in 2005),
- Classic closure audit : assets, reconciliations, cut-off, provisions,
- Estimation of the goodwill and integration of the new company in the new consolidation perimeter.
