Technical assistance for ESDK (Engineering Structures).

I participate in the conception of several tools to help designers in their everyday work:
- tools to select usual parts used in plane (Find the part answering the best to my constraints).
- CATIAv5 tools, to allow designers to quickly explore and validate innovative movables designs.

Business Requirements gathering, Development follow-up, Tests (unit and acceptance), end-users training and support.

MFP Michelin - Expert Service Center

Project Description: ESC role is to assist customer in the definition of the best way to use CATIA v5 and SmarTeam.
ESC is also the interface between customer and editor for incidents follow-up and enhancement requests.

Contribution:
- Methodologies proposal to use specific functionalities.
- Level 2 support and incidents management in the following fields: knowledgeware, visual basic scripting, product structure, licensing (using LUM).
