I am a Project Manager with experience in engineering and team management for Sandvik Medical Solutions. I have 3 years of experience in Key account management. In this role, I am responsible for the development of new product manufacturing processes, management and implementation of standard operating procedures. I manage customer technical queries for internal and external support. I also collaborate with purchasing/supply chain actors in order to resolve supply issues, identify process changes to reduce operational costs.
To achieve such project, I am leading different teams of people depending of the importance the project.
