• Overall responsibility for the French Red Cross programs in Sri Lanka, specifically for the exit strategy and closure of the French Red Cross delegation in Sri Lanka. • Strategic analysis of the humanitarian situation. • Management of the team of 2 sub offices (around 15 employees, expatriates and local) and operational monitoring of the programs. • Responsibility for financial, administrative and logistics management of the delegation. • Representation and operational contacts with the partners in Colombo (local authorities, Red Cross, United Nations and NGO partners). • Compilation and writing of monthly reports and programs final reports to Headquarters and local partners. | |

• Financial management of the mission. Budget of around EUR 4 million. Proficient knowledge of Saga accounting software. • In coordination with the Red Cross partners, monitoring of the national and international Human Resources (salaries, trainings, administrative issues). 11 delegates, 50 local staff. • Coordination and training of the project managers on the procedures regarding finance and human resources. Close collaboration with the Country Coordinator regarding the follow up of programs. • Acting Head of mission when required. | |
