Country Coordinator ad interim
• Overall responsibility for the French Red Cross programs in Sri Lanka, specifically for the exit strategy and closure of the French Red Cross delegation in Sri Lanka.
• Strategic analysis of the humanitarian situation.
• Management of the team of 2 sub offices (around 15 employees, expatriates and local) and operational monitoring of the programs.
• Responsibility for financial, administrative and logistics management of the delegation.
• Representation and operational contacts with the partners in Colombo (local authorities, Red Cross, United Nations and NGO partners).
• Compilation and writing of monthly reports and programs final reports to Headquarters and local partners.

2007 - 2008 : FRENCH RED CROSS - Sri Lanka

Finance & Human Resources Delegate
• Financial management of the mission. Budget of around EUR 4 million. Proficient knowledge of Saga accounting software.
• In coordination with the Red Cross partners, monitoring of the national and international Human Resources (salaries, trainings, administrative issues). 11 delegates, 50 local staff.
• Coordination and training of the project managers on the procedures regarding finance and human resources. Close collaboration with the Country Coordinator regarding the follow up of programs.
• Acting Head of mission when required.

General Administrator in Sri Lanka
• Financial management of the mission. Budget of around EUR 2 million, with different donors including ECHO.
• Responsible for the Human resources management. 10 expatriates, 40 local staff.
• Direct manager of the administration team (5 persons). Coordination and training with all managers and expatriates on finance issues.
• Close collaboration with the Head of Mission and the coordination team on the elaboration of proposals and follow up of programs.
• Acting Head of Mission when required.

Development Coordinator
CIRQUE POUR TOUS works for the professional insertion for colombian street children through circus arts.
8 months onsite work in Cali, Colombia.
As a Development coordinator, my main assignments were the following:
Fundraising : achieved fundraising contracts. Redacted reports in 3 languages and represented the charity in front of the partners. Coordinated fundraising events (shows and galas) and training workshops. Yearly budget of € 200,000.
Management : supervised accounting and human resources.
