• Regional Aviation Director: - Audit of our aviation providers (wide body aircraft, jets, turbo-props, helicopters, seaplanes operators) to ensure the quality and safety of our services. - Manage our aviation network (chartering or contracting these operators). - Reinforce Intl SOS presence in the aviation industry.
2005 : Leaving the Army, creation of 2 companies: HELIT AIR, 1st helicopter company based in Singapore, AERO SOLUTION, a multi-services aviation consulting company. - As a founder: participate in the companies financial and commercial development, - As the Director of Flight Operations: set up the company organisation and flight procedures in order to obtain an Air Operator Certificate. Identify potential markets and create adapted helicopter solutions for customers. Staff recruiting. - Broadened my network in aviation and launched complementary services as a middle man negotiator (air operations setting up & management, aircraft sourcing & chartering, air-manpower consulting).
2003-2004 : INSEAD E-MBA in part-time on the Singapore campus.
2001-2004 : Staff officier, specialist of international relationships.
1999-2001 : Managed a 320-people logistics unit on an 80-helicopter base for 2 years (operations management, organisation, procedures, training, people evaluation and career, equipment mgmt euro m300). Assigned in Kosovo to be responsible for the logistics of the NATO helicopter force, I organised the transfer of the unit and led it there for 5 months.
1997-1999 : deputy of a 40-people and 10-helicopter unit (equipment management euro m250, crews' training). Sent for 5 months as the operations manager of a multinational 20-helico unit in the Republic of Macedonia for NATO in 99 (airbase design, flight-security-safety procedures, flight operations and training, Logistics).
1995-1997 : leader of a a 6-person and 3-helico team (responsible for its training, mainly by night). Sent 3 months in operational environment in Former-Yugoslavia in 95.
1993-1994 : aviation training school.
1990-1993 : SAINT-CYR Military accademy.
Specialties: Helicopter piloting (1350 hours of flight on helicopter, 350 of which by night). Helicopter operations and logistics manager in operational environements. |
