- Reduce stock level and financial cost: implement consignment stocks
- Ensure availability and reliability of master data in the system: packaging and products.

- SAP R/3: Up date supplies and orders in schedule agreements. Create Master Data.
Creation of inbound and outbound deliveries, sales orders, issue delivery notes. Control goods movements.
- Follow up on shipments and deliveries. Negotiation of quotations with forwarders.
- Deployment of shipping instructions. Coordination with Factories, warehouse and forwarder.
- Set up transport database for monthly reporting, analyse cost per destination and non performance.
