As a part of sales people family, I graduated in sales before moving to Montreal.
At the Unversity of Quebec in Montreal, I graduated in Business Administration in 1998 before starting in 1999 a certificate in IT Systems Manamgemnt while I was working as Technical support agent in the Unversity.
After my graduations, I was hired by the Unervisity a IT technician. My duties were to maintain a high level of Service to the students by keeping clean PC's, Administrating Active Directory and a Windows 2000 Server.
In 2004 I moved to Ireland where I started a Technical support Agent in Helett Packard. After 4 month I was promoted as Incident Coordinator.
In that position, i was responsible of IT issues resolution within strict SLA's for the Nestle client. I was also the escalation point in case of Outage or issue.
One year later, I was promoted Team Leader of the Nestle Research and Development Team within HP organization.
After nearly 3 years in HP, it was time for me to see another environment.
I moved to Arvato-Microsoft were I am now in charge of the Freanche Benelux team within MBS organization.
Apart form my job, I am passionate by motorbikes, I try to stay fit, so I like cycling, running and many other social things.

As a supervisor, my duties are to manage a team of 12 people in order to deliver a high level of quality to our client within very strict SLA's. The supervisor role within Arvato-Microsoft environment is to be in constant contact with the client, provide weekly and monthly results to the client, and if needed discuss about action plan. It also involves a strategic level in regards to the improvement to be put in place. As supervisor of a Team, I also have to perform performance reviews, evaluation and if needed to deal with disciplinary issues. | |
