Pilot QSE within FAURECIA Quality HQ (QSE: Quality System Efficiency).

• Drive the QSE network of the PSA Division for the Seating Business Group: Support plant QSE pilots (6 engineers in 6 plants), establish QSE organization within plants of designated Division. Deploy quality continuous improvement methods within the Division.
• Set up QSE Division action plan and priorities (model plants, critical plants, tool deployment planning…).
• Support plant QSE coordinators, validating the right application of QSE in all Programs.
• Ensure correct use of QSE methods, including: 6 basics (quality wall, Pokayoke, self inspection, etc.), Problem Solving Methodology (QRQC among others), convergence plan and variability reduction.
• Support quality and launch managers.
• Work closely with other networks and measure impact of QSE actions in their fields.
• Identify, implement and exchange best practices across the Division.
• Help critical plants to organize themselves in order to secure the production, eliminate the recurrent problems and recovery the customer confidence.


2002-2003 FAURECIA – Cologne (Germany)

• QSE Plant Pilot and Customer Coordinator in the JIT plant building the FORD Fiesta & Fusion doors. Set up the Quality 6 Basics and the continuous improvement system through Problem Solving Groups and Auto quality matrix according to FAURECIA Standards. Customer PPM reduction from 39000 to 800.

• Program Logistics in the Project Department on the B-Car platform. Calculate at best the needs in order to insure that all the launch phases are running with enough parts with the right level of engineering. Order the parts to the suppliers and make sure that the deliveries are according to the previsions. Manage the level of engineering and coordinate the changes. Manage the stock and the production lines feeding on time.


2000-2002 SOMMER ALLIBERT – Detroit (USA)

Product Engineer in the Research & Development Department of SOMMER ALLIBERT, in DETROIT, MI USA. Dedicated to the FORD MOTOR COMPANY on the Amazon Program for the Brazilian market.
• Responsible for the Security Shield conception and realization in plastic instead of steel. This security device sits around the latch.
• Responsible for the Glass Run Channel Extension conception and realization that guides the windows during their movements.
• Responsible for the Inside and Outside Handles and their functioning during their opening and closing cycles.
Management of a panel of 7 suppliers and a team of 3 designers.
