Since november 2007, thanks to the Pastry Chef formation (in LeNotre)of my wife Fabiola Pereira and her experience in top hotels (real Intercontinental, combined with my formation and experience in Business Administration) we have decided to open our company "FP Patisserie Francaise", in Guatemala
We produced high quality desserts and fine pastries, mainly french style. We supply the best restaurants and finest cafeteria of Guatemala.
Besides, we expanded a Catering branch to attend special events.
We are also specialist in making weeding cakes, "pieces montées", birthday cakes, anniversary cakes...with posibility to create whatever sculpture in sugar and many other things.

ALDO NERO is an Italian company which distributes all type of products on the leather segment in Latin America. Through our stores network, we sell to final consumers all type of leather goods. Our main market is the leather fashion shoes, but we also distribute jackets, hand bags, wallets, belts... On one part, we import directly final goods from italy, brazil, costa rica, colombia. On the other part, we produce a large amount of shoes in our fabrics in Guatemala after importing materials from italy (leather..). I manage all operations in the distribution channel of the society (marketing & sales strategy, advertising, buying process, negociations with suppliers..). I also have to run the 13 stores I have in charge in Guatemala. | |
