- Assigned as a Sales Operations Analyst at the European headquarters in Paris to define the key sales metrics for the business consulting services business in Europe and use those to report on the department’s growth and performance to European and Worldwide Sales Operations Directors.

Management Consultant / Project Manager (Aug 2001 to Mar 2003)

- Identified and planned cost reduction opportunities through the consolidation and integration of business operations and IT systems in a large UK financial services group.

- Developed a business case for the implementation of a potential CRM solution aimed at reducing the operational costs associated with the sales processes of a large financial services group.

- Performed market analysis and financial performance analysis of the banking industry in Italy and U.K. A white paper with recommendations on the optimization of banking distribution channels was produced for the use of IBM Europe and clients.

- Appointed project manager for two work streams forming part of a Service Improvement Programme aimed at reducing ongoing costs of a large financial services group through the optimisation of information management systems and migration of software to more efficient and cost effective tools.

- Analysed operational risk strategies in the banc-assurance sector and developed a discussion paper on effective anti-money laundering strategies.

- Team Leader of an international team of consultants working on the development of a compelling IBM point of view on the future of the financial services industry and the impact of e-business in North America and Europe in collaboration with Tower Group.
