Product Support Manager for EMEA
The prime responsibility of the Product Support team is to assist in investigating product issues, providing workarounds, and helping reproduce and articulate the exact nature of product problems to development teams so they can focus on fixing the bugs. This includes issues raised by Service Teams during the deployment phase, Sales/AC people, Trainers, and Services L2 Production Support people on behalf of customers/partners that have reported an issue. The team is global, with a presence in Brisbane, Galway, and Toronto.

Our product, Singl.eView is one of the best a billing, customer management and revenue management system. It gives service providers a competitive advantage by simplifying the process of design, delivery, sales and billing of products and services needed to attract and retain customers. It also offers a complete revenue, transaction and customer management solution, sitting at the heart of business applications.
