Assignments : working on all the process step but mainly ceramic area assignments

Achievements : complete factory management (7 mois), production management, tunnel kiln startup, kiln production raise up to maximal target, dwell firing kiln set, roof burner laboratory test to study flame temperature, drying tests in a small chamber drier, background on site in many international factories
