Job creation in 2005.

- Achieved with Success the commercial network optimization (Restructuring of a German subsidiary ; Transfer of the GTR activity ; Sale out of a brand and distribution transfer in South Africa).
- Coordination of the strategic analysis of the Cointreau brand within Europe, with recommeandation to the Director of the brand and to the Executive Committee members for the 07/08 Budget.
- Analysis and recommendations to the Zone Directors on Bugdet elaboration, monthly & quarterly Reporting and Budget revisions (LE's).
- Ad hoc projects (organize process for the set up [June 05] of the GTR commercial team ; ...).

- In 2006, enlargement of my responsibilities to the Cointreau brand controlling worldwide : set up of the strategic five years plan and coordination of projects (USA new size offers, Japan new business developpment, ..).

Corporate Commercial Controler

- Oversee the Group consolidation process of profitability data with the management of a team of two.
- Analyse the activities by brands and zone for the Executive Committee (Medium Term Plan, Budget, monthly & quarterly Reporting, Latest Estimate x3).
- Key player in organising informations to be provided by the CFO to shareholders and to market analysts.
- In charge of transversal projects to provide common tools to the subsidiaries of the Group ( Variances application, Integration of newly acquired brands, Central simulation tools).

- Set up a first level of consolidation for European activity.
- Management and creation of key indicators for the industrial & commercial activities.
- Involved in the Corporate reporting (Budget, LE, month).
