I am a professionally qualified Information System Security and project manager with more than thirteen years experience in significant projects leading. Conceived the Windows 2000 Server Active Directory implementation plan (110 Servers, 2435 Workstations, 70 sites), and directed the Active Directory Infrastructure implementation.

Organized the IT support department in intervention target areas, managed both the Information System functional and the technical consistency, and conducted the IT Department experience feedback. I Supervised the IT infrastructure everyday management tasks (Help desk for end users, optimization, LAN/WAN disponibility, integrity, confidentiality, and disaster recovery as well as backup and restore scenarios).

Formulated and managed the security related recommended practices, standards, processes, procedures and tools as well as the indicators chart and the technological watch to suggest both organizational and technical enhancements. I implemented the security and business continuity strategy, elaborated the disaster recovery scenarios and validated them through security audits. In charge of all security and business continuity matters, ensured company wide security awareness and led on security improvements and monitored progress

Led the Saphir project team (twelve engineers within CIE and SODECI), a Saur Group common project for both electricity and water subscribers (Saur France and its international subsidiaries as Saur UK, CIE and SODECI in Ivory Coast, SDE in Senegal, and EDM in Mali)

Managed the assessment and understanding of operational directions’ requirements, translating them into technological infrastructure solutions (Elaborating the Saphir project budget of 23 M€, setting global & specific planning, wording the terms of reference and specific detailed functional analysis, overseeing the implementation, reporting).

Co responsible in charge of quality control leading within the IT department: Process designing, conducting progress meetings, using such problems solving methods as brainstorming and IJKAWA for team interaction and effectiveness, setting up performance indicators, elaborating and exploiting internal and external communication plan as well as security plan according to the ISO17799 standard.

In a role of ‘’trusted advisor’’ to operational directions, I led customers satisfaction surveys for an in depth knowledge of their needs in order to achieve needed improvements, as suggested in the ISO 9000 PDCA model.
