In my current position, I am responsible for legal affairs for the Brink's Global Services (valuables storage and transport) companies in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.
In this role, I negotiate customer contracts, structure and advise on joint ventures and acquisitions as well as manage outside counsel in litigation and corporate structuring activities. I also work closely with our risk department.
I have previously held in-house positions at Nexans, a French high speed cable manufacturer and worked as a corporate associate at Latham & Watkins in New York where I advised clients on corporate transactions, antitrust and intellectual property issues.
I am fluent in French and English.

Brink's is a worldwide provider of secure transport, storage and cash logistics solutions. As in-house counsel at Brink's EMEA I am responsible for managing outside counsel and working directly with Brink's operations in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. I work primarily with Brink's Global Services, which provides secure international freight forwarding services, in Europe. In Asia Pacific, I work with both BGS and our ground operations. In my role, I have the primary responsibility for legal affairs in these regions, including joint ventures, M&A, litigation, insurance issues, customer contracts and internal compliance matters. I oversee outside counsel in many countries and travel frequently. | |
