-Organization of trainings about our products and tendering.
-Selection of four distributors.
-Organizational meeting with the 4 of them (topics: contract contain, way of collaboration, territorial repartition, annual sales goals…)
Implementation of commercial strategies:
-Improvement and follow up of the commercial activities report.
-Commercial data analysis and set up of actions plans.
Others:
-Tender activities for Automation System.
-Implementation of communication tools (leaflet, poster)
-Support of spec-in action for SCADA projects (logistic, delivery times, exchange files)
