Through my experiences in IT, I realized that I am interested in providing new ideas, dynamism and my experience to companies I work for. When I am interested in a project, I will be totally involved in it.
In Phnom Penh, we worked in a start-up mode so that, we have to act quickly and manage our schedule.
In Paris, I learnt to be rigorous and to lead a project from the beginning to the end.
My actual goals is to work in knowledge management and economic intelligence related topics.
At the moment I am writing a thesis on ITIL and Service Support. The goal is to show how ITIL can improve the Quality of IT within organizations.
