In the Electronics Division, my job was to implement and/or to develop: All controlling aspects for the Diagnostic BU: Sales: 65 M€ - 300 persons -Plant, engineering, and SG&A controlling, -monthly reporting (D+3), -Budget management, -CAPEX management, -A/R aging balance management. Program controlling for Renault – Nissan CBU: -Validation of project progress and corresponding business plan -Establish dashboards and present results to project teams, Division heads and Business Development teams -Participation on improvement plans including profitability analyses, treasury management (make-or-buy/footprint decisions, technology choices, etc.) -Accompany, support, and challenge project teams on financial aspects they managed -Contribute to different budget processes -Create and develop reporting tools and establish benchmarking |

Reporting to the Business Unit Controller
In the « Articulations / Découpage » business unit, my mission at the Nesle’s plant (Turnover 35 ME – 200 persons), was to elaborate and to develop: -Industrial controlling : Establish industrial costing, analyze profitability by activity and by product line, set-up and follow industrial indicators (Direct Labor Efficiency, Scrap rate,…), participate and follow-up on action plans on BOM and Direct Labor -Budget management: Establish budget set-up, implement budget controls, provide actual versus budget gap analyses, propose and manage action plans on overhead, -Monthly reporting (D+3) : Establish plant P&L’s, implement a standard report for the plant reporting, reduce the closing calendar, set-up and follow industrial indicators (Selling & Purchasing price indexes,) -CAPEX management: Provide costing and follow-up of investment projects, calculation of ROA / ROI and IRR, propose investments, -R&D controlling: Establish R&D controlling, pricing, actively participate in project reviews, pilot the establishment of PS SAP module -IT system: in charge of the Financial & Controlling SAP modules (CO/FI), optimization of the existing tool, perform audits |
