The CSB (Calédonienne de Services Bancaires) is a subsidiarie of the six caledonian banks (BCI, SGCB, BNC, CENC, BNP NC and OPT).
CSB has 4 core business :
1 - Payment processing and acquiring
2 - POS equipement (for retail chain as well as small business) in charge of installation, helpdesk and maintenance of 3 000 rented payment terminals.
3 - Check making and processing
4 - Printing and mailing business (statements of account, bills, ...)

Reporting to Technical Director, my main missions are :
- POS helpdesk
- Maintenance of payment terminals
- Maintenance of self-service ATM
- Maintenance of industrial machines (check processing, card making, MICR printer, inserting systems, cutting systems)
- Maintenance of computer office equipement
- Managing supply chain
- Project leading

The CIRRA group (CIRRA - MONECAM - SANTEFFI) is a subsidiarie of several major french banks (Crédit Agricole SA, Société Générale, Caisse Nationale des Caisses d'Epargnes, Le Crédit Lyonnais).

CIRRA has 3 divisions :
1 - payment processing and acquiring division
2 - POS equipement (EDC) division (for retail chain as well as small business) in charge of installation, level 1 and level 2 helpdesk and maintenance of 100 000 rented payment terminals. CIRRA markets its own commercial offers mainly on behalf of its stakeholders.
3 - Health division

Reporting to EDC manager, my main projects were :
- revamping internally developed software for CRM and payment terminal asset management (Project leader for the CRM part and the maintenance part)
- IP & GPRS payment terminals deployment (Product manager)
- Banknote detector developement and deployment (Product manager)
- Computer Telephony Integration (Project leader)
- PABX upgrade (Project leader)
