I have worked in the Human Resources' field for more than eight years, first as Human Resources Development Manager for CARREFOUR Marchandises Internationales, and now as Regional Human Resources Manager in Carrefour Global Sourcing.

I have had two years ago the opportunity to handle challenging international human resources projects as initiating new human resources organization and implementing processes of recruitment, career management, induction process for new employees, on the European and Asian area (Hong Kong SAR, China Mainland, Vietnam, Bangladesh, India, Turkey, Morocco and Poland).
