Operational, organizational, budgetary management, financial, investment, HR.

Proactive responsibility together with the sales management with customer accounts to develop the revenue under all its forms (projects, consulting, tools …).
Animation of the user club (annual product plan, 2 releases / year)

Enlarge and make it known the BU characteristics within the company (sense of customer, quality, adaptability, skills, ability to react, creativity, etc.)
Capitalization of the knowledge for homogenization / industrialization with the other ERP

Active member of the drafting committee (editorial staff) of the internal magazine (i.e. ENSEMBLE).
