Now dealing with industrial affairs for the French government, with a mission relative to supply chain organisation and restructutation, I am open to challenge in Europe and Asia (fluent in English and Chinese), available in Feb 2008.

	Managing the “Information Security and RFID sector”
	Mission : Designing and/or executing R&D programmes (national / European). Managing / supporting the regulation and standardisation process, e.g on the electronic signature and RFID. Representing the Ministry at international fora, supporting national projects (monetics, e-administration, etc). Organised or participated in bilateral seminars in Asia especially (in my personal capacity) China.

	Technical manager & architect for a European military surveillance and Air Traffic Control system.
	- Prepared investment decisions, negotiated contracts (around 40 m€), managed a team of experts. - Expressed the national position at EUROCONTROL as the governmental rep.

	Economic survey in China (3 months) : Impact of the new Chinese system for managing, registering and evaluating state assets (results presented in seminars, synthesis published).
