I am currently working in the project GALILEO, in the area of Navigation, as an AIV (Assembly, Integration and Validation) Engineer. Galileo will be Europe’s own global navigation satellite system, providing a highly accurate, guaranteed global positioning service under civilian control. It will be inter-operable with GPS and GLONASS, the two other global satellite navigation systems.
I am looking for a job in Germany, or a position in a company with some subsidiaries in Germany.

I was responsible for the development of a multiprocessor real time operating system. The most important part of my work was to modify the scheduler and to initialise most of the components that rely on the second processor. This included technical design of the kernel code, coding in C and assembler, testing and documenting. Environment Language: C, assembler PowerPC. Protocols: TCP/IP, serial link, SMP (Symmetric Multiprocessing), protocol BootP Development: Cross-development under Unix (with GNU software: gcc, make, emacs) OS: Unix (Solaris/Linux), FastOS (kernel of THALES) Material : Vmpcx6x biprocessor board (CETIA) based on PowerPC processor | |
