Financial Controller

I have a financial function and am responsible for four manufacturing sites where I must maintain an effective internal control structure ensuring compliance with the company's accounting policies. I produce indicators for the Controlling Director providing a view of the economic situation of the factory.

The mains tasks include:
- Cost/price analyses, activity-costing for the production capacities;
- Budgets, reporting and charting financial data, cash management and treasury activities;
- Financial strategies to improve long-term profitability; monthly and financial plans and forecasts, manufacturing projection and asset management plans;
- Product pricing (management of different cost of manufacturing in the different plants), alternative scenarios development;
- Compliance with company policy for the existence, the accuracy, and the completeness of inventory balances via physical verification;
- Solution provider to the Plant managers for the improvement of management of the manufacturing units: definition and follow up of new indicators (productivity, waste optimization)
- Relation with the auditors and local authorities for all matters related to sales, margin and inventories
