I joined PSINet Europe (VIA NET.Works), an international ISP short before its acquisition by Interoute (September 2005), as Project Manager within the International Implementation team:
• Project Management of large and complex international projects; coordination of various departments within the group; resource planning; supplier relations
• Management of the 6’000 m² datacenter as deputy facility manager
• Revision of the implementation processes prior to the company integration

Promoted Customer Service Manager after the merger (January 2006), my role was to lead the Swiss Key Accounts management, ensuring proper Project Management and Service Management:
• Service management for Switzerland Key Accounts (2M€+ annual revenue portfolio)
• Project Management for all Swiss Key Accounts implementations
• Support for large & complex European Project Bids

In September 2006, I was promoted to head the Service Management function of Interoute (dotted-line manager to 16 Customer Service Managers in a strong matrix environment), and the Remote Customer Operations for acquired companies (Spain, Bulgaria and United Kingdom), reporting directly to the Vice-President of Customer Operations:
• Responsible for all Service Management processes (setting up ITIL & Six Sigma compliant processes)
• Recruitment of Service Managers across the company
• Responsible for Customer Operations KPI Reporting (1 operation support assistant)
• Management escalation contact for Key Accounts customers (50M€+ annual revenue portfolio)
• Member of the Corporate Blogging Steering Committee & advisor to the CEO
• Member of the Operational Change Control Board
• Member of the Service Management Review Committee

In June 2007, I was promoted to create & head the Program Management Office within Interoute, reporting directly into the Vice-President of Service Delivery:
• Program manager for strategic programs (company integrations; large & complex network migrations; datacenter standardizations; data & systems consolidations)
• Responsible for bringing together individual build, delivery and migration projects into manageable programs
• Mentoring Project Management (providing group training & individual coaching for PMI certifications)

I joined this pan-European Telco when they launched their Internet services in Switzerland. Within the IP R&D team, I worked on engineering and project management tasks:
• Project Management for the IPortal, the web portal for internet services management for the customers and the resellers. This project was 3 years long, with a 1M € budget and a team of 4
• Development of the graphical user interface and the front-end of the extranet applications of the company
• Training of the staff (270 people) and writing of the documentation in English, French and German

I founded one of the first Web Agencies in Alsace. Specialized in subcontracting for bigger companies, I built a stable relation with them in order to perpetuate my business, which made me work on more than a hundred web sites, with budget up to 1M€:

• Development of web applications in HTML; VRML; PHP; JavaScript; CSS
• Project Management of more than a hundred eCommerce web sites, medium to big sized
