Je suis devenu magistrat en janvier 1999, puis j'ai été affecté dans différentes juridictions. A cette occasion, j'ai créé un service médico-judiciaire au sein de l'hospital de Soissons en 2002. Parallèlement à mes fonctions judiciaires, j'ai exercé des fonctions politiques départementales et nationales au sein du RPR (1994 - 2002). J'ai egalement participé aux travaux de la mission ministérielle sur la politique de la Jeunesse de mai 2002 à novembre 2003.
En novembre 2003, ma mission ministérielle ayant pris fin, j'ai accepté le poste de vice-président d'Eurad, une organisation internationale basée à Londres et qui dispose d'un statut consultatif auprès du Conseil de l'Europe et des Nations Unies sur les politiques de lutte contre la toxicomanie. J'ai ainsi renoncé à une carriere "traditionnelle" au sein de la magistrature française. Ce séjour de trois ans m'a permis d'apprendre l'Anglais et d'exercer des responsabilités internationales. J'ai également participé aux travaux de la commission parlementaire de la House of Commons (parlement anglais) sur la réforme de la politique de lutte contre la toxicomanie.
Tout en exerçant mes fonctions au sein d'EURAD, j'ai travaillé pour des entreprises privées américaines et anglaises et acquis de nouvelles compétences professionnelles.
Heureux gagnant d'une carte de résident américain(Green card)à la lotterie américaine, je me suis installé à San Francisco septembre 2006, où j'ai entamé de nouvelles études de droit à l'université UC Hastings. Je viens de terminer ma maitrise de droit(LL.M), et je prépare l'examen du barreau américain (Californie - New York). Je travaille également en tant qu'assistant universitaire pour un professeur de l'université de Hastings. J'ai ainsi realisé une étude comparative de la déreglementation des secteurs de l'électricité et des télécommunications en France, en Europe et aux Etats-Unis. Ce travail universitaire m'a permis d'analyser les décisions des cours d'appels et des autorités administratives dans ces differents pays, ainsi que de comparer leurs législations et réglementations. J'enseigne également le Français à mi-temps.
J'ai adhéré au parti démocrate à l'occasion de la campagne présidentielle américaine de 2008.
