18 year experience as top executive, entrepreneur and major project manager for international players in the telecommunications field.
Proven success records in three main areas: profit centers management, global telecommunications sector expertise and rolling-out of long distance networks.
Strategy, launch and management of profit centers :
My international background as director of strategy as well as development or profit center manager translates to the successful launch and development of major companies’ branches or subsidiaries. My entrepreneurial activities extend from business planning, including technical, market and economical analysis to negotiation with shareholders, building of strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions and product planning and marketing. As a profit center manager, I ensure teams’ management, activity development, customer satisfaction and realization of revenue and profit goals.
Global telecommunications sector expertise :
My personal expertise in the telecommunications sector covers three main areas. First, the economic and financial side, including strategic marketing, product marketing, business planning, competition analysis and sales, both local and international. Second, the legal and regulatory side, from the elaboration of French or European laws to the disputes’ management. Last, a renewed deep technical understanding of technology evolutions and their impact on markets, with specific focus in the fields of fiber optic networks, voice over IP, convergent systems and related services.
Architecture and implementation of customer networks and solutions :
As a telecom architect, project manager or product manager, I successfully rolled out major infrastructure projects; especially in the fields of fiber optics networks, IP, Internet services or IT network management, customer care or billing systems. My added value extends from the design, negotiation and selling of the solution, to the production and maintenance, covering project and teams management as well as budget and quality control.
