	Reckitt Benckiser is a leading company in FMCG and pharmaceuticals with brands such as Calgonit/Calgon/Vanish/Air Wick/Nurofen/Strepsils. I currently manage the Romanian business (25 people, 30 mEURO turnover). Previously to this assignement, I was managing the RB business in Baltic's States, based in Riga with great successes in terms of turnover growth (>19%) and Market share gain (>300 bpts).
