- Manage the purchasing team ensuring “best practice” policy and procedures are implemented
- Manage the external spend on Materials and services, maximising the benefits of CUK’s volume expenditure
- Reduce CUK’s supplier base by setting up and managing a robust, low risk supply chain
- Achieve year on year cost savings on external purchase in line with Canberra’s global target
