Key responsibilities include:
– interpret Corporate Business Group strategies into country/region:
* facilitate regional business growth planning and develop associated marketing plans
* provide input into the overall Corporate marketing plan and manage to the marketing budget allocation
* develop market penetration strategies in conjunction with Sales and strategic partners (Microsoft, EMC, BT)
– responsible for all account based marketing, demand generation and marketing/sales last mile alignment:
* support in country business and account planning and develop the internal communications program, including developing collateral on ‘win stories’, messages on results and internal announcements that relate to the business
* improve our main offerings in order to make them more compelling to customers and work closely with the local sales team to support them in their efforts to win new business and stay focused on the target market
* deliver ongoing communication and knowledge of local market intelligence, market requirements and priorities; and provide ongoing competitor intelligence including local capabilities, positioning and solution strategy
– identify research and develop new business ideas through programme validation – recommends appropriate action
– develop and sustain the appropriate relationships with third- party industry/market experts
– raise external awareness, understanding and perception of the Business offerings (value propositions).
