| I have always been interested by the activities of research and development in the many spheres of activity of biology. My initlal course with purely university vocation rocked in the industrial research and the expertises ground in relation to the agro-alimentary subsidiary companies during my work about Listeria monocytogenes within the framework of the 5th plan of European development.
After 6 years spent within the group Soparind Bongrain as technical expert in microbiology applied to hygiene and food safety (and development of the activities of acquisition and validation of tools and methods), I have just come to integrate the food safety centre of DANONE Corporate. |
