Franck Léchelle

After a few projects in consulting companies, I have worked :
- during 11 years, on SAP projects (5 years in Finance, 6 years in Logistics, both Purchasing and Sales) ;
- during 3 years, on a WMOS project (Warehouse management system from Manhattan Associates).

I have managed the whole projects or part of it, while always keeping an operational rôle. This has enabled me to have a good knowledge and experience of :
- project and program management ;
- customizing of SAP SD / MM (especially), but also FI / CO, and WMOS ;
- the following activities : Warehouse management, Warehouse supply, Purchasing, Sales Administration, Financial and Management Accounting ;
- change management, in user as well as in IS departments.

Most projects were international, in Spain, or in close relationship with an English team. As a result, I am bilingual in English and speak Spanish fluently.
