Eles Semiconductor produces a complete test solution including environmental chambers for semiconductor test and Burn in boards along with an onboard controller card. The system is intended for production lines from standalone to fully integrated suites of up to over one hundred networked chambers with full shop floor control and remote login facilities. The software applications are Eles proprietary.

I managed the introduction of new business and also the fruition of existing projects, coordinating the introduction of new business into the establishment.
I completed the first production cycle for a new product range valued €200k, and proposed Eles services to ESA for the first time, formation of 2k7 budget.

Program management for newly landed customers, finalising contractual agreements, New Product Introduction and product transfers to low cost geographies for key accounts.

Development and implementation of final manufacturing solutions on the production line, reporting and interfacing with the client.
