Through the THUASNE brand, its medical activity is dedicated to orthopaedics (lumbar belts, knee and ankle braces…), phlebology (compression hosiery), medical bandages and home-care products. Based in Hong Kong, I am in charge of developing Thuasne business in Asia (Hong Kong, China, South Korea, Taiwan and Japan). My position include: - Management and development of the existing network of regional distributors, expansion of the network of distributors in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Japan (+40%) - Development of the brand and turnover (+65%) - Participation in various professional events (specialized conventions, exhibitions and fairs), market research (field, quantitative and qualitative analysis) - Meeting with senior officials in Korea and China, management of official legal registrations (SFDA, KFDA, QSD, etc.), analysis of regulation changes and trends - Training of distributors, network of specialized shops, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, sport professionals, influencers - Promotion and trainings in hospitals, clinics, orthopedic workshops, and specialized shops. | |
