	STARSTROI is the general contractor for SEIC (Sakhalin Energy Investment Company, formed by Gazprom, Shell, Mitsui and Mitsubishi) for the construction of onshore pipelines in the frame of Sakhalin-2 Project. I am in charge of a small team consisting of 5 people within subcontract department. We are in charge of tendering, issuing and administrating subcontracts; personnaly, I am mostly focused on the the fields of: - Hydrotesting, Pre-commissioning and Start-up ($90M) - Directional drilling ($15M) - Catering ($12M)
