| I have been living in Shanghai for over a year. I studied technical translation (English, German and Chinese) for 6 years at universities in France and Germany; University of Montpellier (France) and University of Leipzig (Germany). I have also participated in advanced training courses at Tongji University in Shanghai. I am proficient in both written and oral Chinese. Also, I have been perfecting my oral Chinese with one-on-one classes.
As part of my studies, I interned with two translation companies, where I worked in French, German and English. From this I gained experience in technical translation for a number of different fields, including: mechanics, medicine, information technologies, new technologies, automotives, tourism, company management, etc.
Recently, I worked for the French consulting company, MICA, in Shanghai translating polling data from Chinese into French.
I have also been working as a part-time French teacher at the New Oriental School of Shanghai for the past year.
