Context: post-merger, 5 legal entities, 3 Collective Agreements.
- Organised and planned internship activity: gathered needs, implemented campus relationship and trainees appraisal. Recruited of 11 trainees in 7 months.
- Supported 50 managers in the appraisal process, salary planning and people review.
Consolidated appraisal documents for 500 employees to the Compensation & Benefits Manager.
- Counselled managers, participated to redundancies, written contracts and additional clauses.
- Managed administration of staff, temporary contracts and mobility. Updated social charts.
- Organised legal meetings (CE, DP and CHSCT), handled strong relationship with representatives and participated to elections organization: 500 employees, 2 workplaces and a national sales staff.

- Analysed 1,000 evaluations of the training’s quality, leading to a qualitative and quantitative synthesis. Created documents and process to follow-up acquired abilities on computer tool.

- Followed-up the 2003 training sessions and implemented the 2004 training scheme.

- Negotiated contracts with temporary and recruitment agencies.
- Internal communication: created a welcome book and updated HR Intranet.
- Organised the Annual Group Seminar in Morocco with 130 people from 8 countries. Researched and proposed ideas, communicated with subsidiaries in English, managed budget.
- Realised a staff data base with ACCESS. Updated social charts.
- Advised operational staff on HR topics, ensured compliance to legal rules and written contracts of employments. Prepared and controlled pay slips.
