Senior Area Brand Manager for colour cosmetics (Stéphane Marais, by Terry, Diane von Furstenberg and FACE atelier), fragrances (Diane von Furstenberg and Jean Reno) and hair accessories (Alexandre de Paris) - Markets: Launch of all the brands in Middle-East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Lebanon, Jordan and Oman). Negotiation of the commercial conditions, selection of the brands locations, definition of the marketing strategies with local distributors or retailers. - Strategy: Implement global market strategies locally, selection of the right channels of distribution with the principals, forecast & budgets. - Operations: Merchandising, creation/definition and implementation of all promotions, management of POS Material and supervision on the design and production of permanent counters - Customer Relationship Management: development of the “direct retail” division, POS animation, market analysis, training & follow-up with beauty consultants, permanent follow-up on the performance - Logistic: Stock, import & export provision planning management - Press Relation: organisation of press events including 3 days for the launch of by Terry with one-to-one interviews with the press in Burj’Al Arab and 2 days photo-shooting in Carita Beauty Salons; press conferences; monthly press kits & follow-up with the press | |
