Co-ordination and management of PR budget Developed PR tools including press releases, e-newsletters, press conferences etc. Developed and updated the press database, established and maintained ongoing relationships between Columbia and a range of media (trade press, specialised press, general interest press, TV, ...). Monthly PR reports measuring effectiveness Planning and implementation of press trips to promote our sponsored events (Columbia Ride Wweek in Courchevel, Outdoor Games in Interlaken, The Columbia Speed Flying Pro Les Arcs) Worked closely with the marketing department to devise and implement media strategies for focus on products, events and riders. The Australian Trade Commission (Austrade) is the Australian Government agency that helps Australian companies win overseas business for their products and services. Developed a French website about Australian fashion (www.australianstyle.fr) Organised a national in-store promotion for boutiques, department stores, galleries and bookstores retailing Australian products during Paris Fashion Week. Researched and collated market information into a report to advise Australian designers interested in entering the French market.
