Impress is an international metal packaging company, playing on several markets around Europe,USA and Japan. I was hired to worked on indirect purchases and remodeled the telecommunication systems/tools.
I made a invitation of tender, and complete my work by some recommendations which lead to a decision on a new provider. These recommendation/changes made the company gain homogeneity, costs reduction and facilitate the management of the fleet around its big European locations.
