| Filiberto is currently working for Campari International as regional manager for Central America, part of the Caribbean and Canada. He has full P/L responsibility for the region and is involved in both strategic and operational tasks
Filiberto Joined Campari after 2 years in Amsterdam ,where worked as a consultant and freelance for Auberon - a boutique marketing innovation consulting. In this period has been staffed on a number of projects for companies such as Philips, Heineken, SS+L. Furthermore he has developed a Luxury practice for Auberon, to help the company tap in the growing segment of companies interested in targeting new luxury consumers.
Prior to Amsterdam Filiberto worked in Spain as a freelance consultant in marketing and communication, advising multinational clients and local entrepreneurs in a variety of sectors – including personal care, fragrances, gaming, and fashion retail.
In 2003 he earned his MBA at IESE business school in Barcelona. During the programme he worked as summer associate at Lehman Brothers in London and Milan. Prior to business school, Filiberto spent almost five years at Procter & Gamble, both in Italy and at P&G’s European Headquarters in Brussels. He started his career there in IT, then moved into Marketing and Consumer Intelligence. In his last assignment he supported the development of brands in the fabric conditioner and detergent categories, such as Lenor, Downy and Dreft.
In addition to his MBA, Filiberto holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Management from University Federico II in Naples, Italy – where he graduated in 1998 summa cum laude. In 1999 the University Federico II awarded him with the Guido Dorso prize for his research in the field of southern Italy SME.
He speaks Italian, English, Spanish as well as basic Catalan and French. Specialties:
