·Centralize INTRASAT subsidiaries declarations to the European headquarter
·Pilot the accounting module for the European companies : Software BAAN IV (identical to SAP)
·Pilot the installation of accountancy in Euro among the European subsidiaries

·Responsible for the financial management of 4 French companies and accounting supervision of foreign subsidiaries
